5. FILTERING BY PHILOSOPHY, RELIGION, OR WORLDVIEW

6. RELATIONSHIP CLAUSES AND USER AGREEMENTS
6.1. The Platform allows users to create, publish, and accept relationship clauses and agreements, including but not limited to:
Friendship agreements;
Dating or romantic agreements;
Affective unions;
Professional relationship agreements.
6.2. These agreements are:
Created exclusively by users;
Private in nature;
Binding only between the involved parties, if at all.
6.3. AZCLAN:
Does not validate, review, enforce, or guarantee such agreements;
Is not responsible for compliance, breach, or interpretation;
Does not provide legal advice.
6.4. Users acknowledge that any agreement entered into through the Platform is at their sole risk.
7. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC)
7.1. Users are solely responsible for all content they publish.
7.2. By posting content, users grant AZCLAN a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display such content within the Platform.
7.3. Prohibited content includes unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, deceptive, or harmful material.
8. MODERATION AND ENFORCEMENT
8.1. AZCLAN may, at its sole discretion:
Remove content;
Restrict visibility;
Suspend or terminate accounts.
8.2. Enforcement actions may occur without prior notice.
9. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
9.1. AZCLAN provides the Platform on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
9.2. AZCLAN disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
9.3. AZCLAN shall not be liable for:
User conduct or content;

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Platform software, branding, interfaces, and systems are the exclusive property of AZCLAN.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
11. ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE AND RECORDS
11.1. Acceptance occurs through a mandatory checkbox at registration.
11.2. AZCLAN records:
Date and time of acceptance;
IP address;
Version of the Terms accepted.
Such records constitute valid legal evidence.
12. ACCOUNT TERMINATION
Users may terminate their account at any time.
